Cancellation Policy for In-Person Training

Cancellation 7 Days Prior to Training:

• If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the training date, you will not incur any charges.

Cancellation between 1 to 6 Days Prior to Training:

• If you cancel your registration within 1 to 6 days prior to the training date, you will be billed 50% of the registration fee.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Training (or No Show):

• If you cancel your registration within 24 hours of the training start time or fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), you will be responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
