Diane DeLaTorre
Director of Digital Design

Diane DeLaTorre is the Director of Digital Design for Step Up Consulting. She started her career as a 4th grade teacher in the Arlington School District in Arlington, TX and quickly realized her passion for technology. She taught as a 4th grade teacher and a 3rd grade teacher all while honing her tech skills which led her to take a K-6 Technology Teacher position at Arlington Classics Academy. While earning her masters in Education Technology, Diane worked as a Technology Integration Specialist for the Grandview C4 School District in Grandview, MO. She helped teachers integrate technology into their lessons and created many digital items for teachers such as websites, documents, and interactive lessons.

Diane is married to her husband Chris of 10 years with two children. She loves reading, netflixing, and spending time with her family.
