Maridella Carter - Editor

Maridella Carter has taught high school and college English composition and literature courses for over thirty years at schools in the Kansas City area, including high school courses in the Blue Springs School District and college courses at the Metropolitan Community College and UMKC.  As a College Board consultant, she has also conducted workshops in Advanced Placement English for English teachers at various institutions, including the University of Iowa, the University of Arkansas, and the University of Missouri. She has served as a test item writer for the ACT exam and for Missouri’s End-of-Course English exam, and she has published articles on the teaching of English in The English Journal.
