Dr. Ramona Emery - Contributor

With 23 years of classroom teaching experience, Ramona has made a significant impact in education. She has taught 3rd grade, 6th grade science and social studies, but found her true passion in teaching 8th grade science, where she spent the majority of her career. Ramona has also served as an instructional coach and was the science liaison for her district, contributing her expertise as a professional development provider and curriculum coordinator at both the building and district levels.

Ramona holds an M.Ed, an Ed.S, and an Ed.D in Leadership with a focus on Curriculum and Development, underscoring her deep commitment to advancing educational practices.

Married for 34 years to a career Army soldier who is now retired and working at Ford, Ramona is also a proud mother of two, both of whom have followed in her footsteps into the field of education. She delights in her role as a grandmother and cherishes her time with her grandchild.

In her retirement, Ramona enjoys nurturing her green thumb in her expansive garden and greenhouse. She is also the proud owner of two goldendoodles, who are registered Pet Partners, providing much-needed emotional support to children and adults alike.
